Chief Client Officer - Nest Commerce

Responsibilities

  • Owner of overall revenue number for existing business
  • Member of senior management team and role model/mentor to junior staff
  • Cultivate strong, strategic C-Level partnerships with all clients
  • Retention of existing clients through contract renewals
  • Upsell of existing clients into adjacent service offerings
  • Identification of other relevant service areas for exploration, development and commercialisation
  • Collaboration with COO and team to optimise client satisfaction and relationship coverage
  • Design, recruit and build a team to carry out the above responsibilities

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years industry experience, including experience at management/board level
  • Highly likely to come from tech vendor, media owner, independent agency or eCommerce brand background
  • Passion for the eCommerce industry and its future development
  • Track record of holding and managing C-Level client relationships
  • Experience researching and/or launching new business areas/units
  • Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively across functions
  • Evidence of views on and contribution to cultural initiatives, including D&I
