Responsibilities
- Owner of overall revenue number for existing business
- Member of senior management team and role model/mentor to junior staff
- Cultivate strong, strategic C-Level partnerships with all clients
- Retention of existing clients through contract renewals
- Upsell of existing clients into adjacent service offerings
- Identification of other relevant service areas for exploration, development and commercialisation
- Collaboration with COO and team to optimise client satisfaction and relationship coverage
- Design, recruit and build a team to carry out the above responsibilities
Experience
- Minimum 10 years industry experience, including experience at management/board level
- Highly likely to come from tech vendor, media owner, independent agency or eCommerce brand background
- Passion for the eCommerce industry and its future development
- Track record of holding and managing C-Level client relationships
- Experience researching and/or launching new business areas/units
- Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively across functions
- Evidence of views on and contribution to cultural initiatives, including D&I
