Creative Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the internal & external briefing process for creative projects from brief to delivery
  • Collaborating with our ops and delivery teams as well as communicating with a wide range of clients and stakeholders to deliver creative work
  • Briefing creative teams and managing creative QC
  • Supporting the Head of Creative to ensure the creative team’s workflow is managed effectively
  • Liaise with external production partners to oversee budget and delivery of video and photography projects
  • Developing and improving creative processes to ensure efficiencies wherever possible

Experience

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in project management, or creative producer role
  • A collaborative mindset – you will be acting as the conduit between internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects
  • Budget management & planning – excel etc
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with senior management, sales team and delivery teams
  • Excellent team and self-organisation skills
  • An understanding of creative best practices for paid social as well as data driven creative thinking
  • Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
