Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 5-6 ecommerce accounts
- Oversee the Paid Social strategy and delivery of large, always-on budgets of > £70k per month
- Identify growth opportunities across your portfolio and present back to clients in a compelling way
- Build and maintain senior level relationships with clients
- Manage and own the development of 2 Performance Marketing Managers and 2 Performance Marketing Executives
- Advise on strategic and creative best practices
- Work with Sales on auditing and pitching new business opportunities
Experience
- 4-6 years’ in Facebook marketing for performance advertisers, with hands-on experience of planning and executing large scale Ecommerce performance marketing campaigns (more than £50K spend per month)
- Leadership and management experience, with excellent team and self-organisation skills
- Passion for data and trend analysis, with demonstrated ability to communicate and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing senior level relationships and overcoming challenges
- High level of proficiency with Google Sheets & pivot tables
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of advertising operations and an insane level of attention to detail
- Strong understanding of creative best practices and ability to think creatively to suggest innovative ways to amplify paid social acquisition
- Sales and new business pitching experience a plus
- Ability to communicate and work with management, sales, marketing and account management
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
