Marketing Manager (B2B)

Responsibilities

  • Email marketing: Create and manage end-to-end email campaigns, A/B tests, write compelling copy and calls-to-action to drive conversions, run lead nurturing activities and optimise our newsletter
  • Events: You will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation, promotion and delivery of events focused on key milestones throughout the year
  • CRM: Manage commercial team CRM (Hubspot), including segmenting our database, responsible for database hygiene and health, setting up and maintaining workflows and automation
  • Commercial reporting: Report on delivery and results vs. plan on a weekly basis, seeking to always improve reporting
  • Relationship management: With freelancers and internal creative time to deliver design for campaigns
  • Marketing strategy: Collaborate with Head of Marketing on delivery and ideation
  • Content distribution: Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager on maximising distribution of content and growing Nest’s content subscriber list

Fundamentals

  • Strong ideator – you always have new ideas to achieve marketing objectives
  • Continuous improver- always looking for opportunities to make improvements and optimise
  • Project manager and collaborator – must have the ability to project manage and collaborate across a number of stakeholders
  • Events experience – track record of organising and promoting business events
  • Email marketing experience – experienced in the use of a CRM such as Hubspot, Mailchimp or Pardot
  • 3+ years running B2B marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Easy to work with and a fun team mate to have around
