Responsibilities

  • Diary and email management for C-level directors
  • Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the team have a satisfying work environment
  • Managing office budgets and liaising with suppliers
  • Finance, legal and HR Admin support
  • Organising company events

Experience

  • Between 18 months and 3 years admin experience, ideally within an agency environment
  • Diary management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised & excellent attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic individual
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Creative problem solver
  • Reliable
  • Can function confidently as an individual contributor and as a team player
  • Demonstrates initiative with a proactive approach
  • Strong IT and software skills (GSuite, Xero etc)
