Roles and responsibilities

  • Acting as main creative point of contact for their client portfolio – ideating, presenting and overseeing all creative output.
  • Defining creative strategy & testing roadmaps for their clients and using these approaches to drive improved client performance.
  • Using performance insight to inform future creative approaches and ideas.
  • Owning ideation and creative briefing for their clients. Developing original ideas, iterations and A/B test concepts for clients paid social adverts and selling these ideas to clients.
  • Writing their ideas and concepts into briefs and scripts for internal and external designers, editors and producers to deliver.
  • Overseeing creative production of adverts – liaising with videographers, editors, designers and other creatives to bring your ideas to life.
  • Developing ideas and strategies for pitches and presenting to prospective clients.

Skills and experience

  • 1 – 3 years of creative experience both ideating and delivering creative ideas with a portfolio of relevant work.
  • An understanding of creative best practices for paid social as well as data driven creative thinking.
  • Cultural curiosity. One eye on what’s working now and one eye on what trends are coming in the paid social creative space which could inform future ideas.
  • Can function as an individual creative and as a team player.
  • A collaborative mindset – you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with senior management, sales team and delivery teams
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Experience in storyboarding a bonus.
