Performance Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Support on the execution, strategy and reporting of global paid social campaigns
  • Analyse performance data to provide actionable insights
  • Identify new opportunities and approaches
  • Help provide advice on technical and creative best practice
  • Report and communicate on marketing strategies for your customers in line with performance KPIs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients

Experience

  • 6-12 months experience in Facebook marketing for performance advertisers, preferably for large-scale ecommerce clients (more than £50K spend per month)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify trends
  • High level of proficiency with Google Sheets & pivot tables
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of advertising operations and an insane level of attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of creative best practices and ability to think creatively to suggest innovative ways to amplify paid social acquisition
  • Ability to communicate and work with management, sales and account management
  • Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
