Performance Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
- Support on the execution, strategy and reporting of global paid social campaigns
- Analyse performance data to provide actionable insights
- Identify new opportunities and approaches
- Help provide advice on technical and creative best practice
- Report and communicate on marketing strategies for your customers in line with performance KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
Experience
- 6-12 months experience in Facebook marketing for performance advertisers, preferably for large-scale ecommerce clients (more than £50K spend per month)
- Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify trends
- High level of proficiency with Google Sheets & pivot tables
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of advertising operations and an insane level of attention to detail
- Strong understanding of creative best practices and ability to think creatively to suggest innovative ways to amplify paid social acquisition
- Ability to communicate and work with management, sales and account management
- Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
