Sales Operations Executive

Responsibilities
- Outbound sales: You will be responsible for the project management of LinkedIn lead-generation activity and delivering on targets using the company target accounts list
- Project management of pitches: You will own the management of the pitch process, including booking internal and external meetings and ensuring a smooth- running from start to finish
- Pitch deck build: You will support the sales team i building and evolving pitch decks using Google Slides, ensuring to follow company Brand Guidelines
- Pipeline management: You will manage the company CRM (Hubspot) to ensure the sales pipeline is kept up to date
- Commercial reporting: You will provide accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports for team and board meetings
- Contract Management: You will be the go-to person for building client contracts
- Marketing support: You will provide ad-hoc support to the Marketing team (email campaign, list building etc.)
- Email support: You will support the CCO in email comms with clients in the sales process
- Diary management: You will support the CCO, Head of Marketing & Sales team with diary management
- Administrative support: You will support the Commercial team with admin requests and duties
Experience
- 2+ years admin experience, ideally within a sales or Commercial team
- Diary management experience
- Highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable
- Creative problem solver
- Easy to work with and a fun team mate to have around
- Can function confidently as an individual contributor and as a team player
Nice to have
- Creative with Google Slides
- Experience using Google Suite
