We’ve teamed up with WYK Digital to give young people from under-represented groups an opportunity to carve out a career in digital.

Through our partnership, we’ll introduce a cohort of WYK members to Nest as Trainee Performance Marketing Executives and launch their career in digital. 

WYK was created to address the fact that digital skills programmes are usually prohibitively expensive and don’t encourage applications from those from diverse backgrounds – even though there’s a clear need for more diversity and inclusion in the industry.

The organisation offers its members skills training, mentorship, and an introduction to the digital marketing industry.

Nest employees have been mentoring WYK members for the last year, but our recent growth has amplified the need to attract fresh talent from organisations like WYK into our business.

Like many agencies, we’ve found it difficult to encourage applications from talent with a wide range of backgrounds. This partnership is all about addressing that imbalance by introducing future talent to the digital marketing industry.
