Everpress wanted to boost their new customer acquisition through Facebook and Instagram but struggled to scale its budget while maintaining low CPAs and driving profits.

They also had their eyes set on expansion into European and US markets.

Everpress chose to partner with Nest due to the paid social agency’s unrivalled expertise in scaling and optimising paid social campaigns for ecommerce businesses like Seraphine, Huel and Depop.

Acting as an extension of the brand’s in-house team, our paid social experts completely restructured their Facebook account in line with acquisition objectives. This approach to setting up accounts has been refined through the management of more than $350m in ad spend for online retailers.

With a strong technical foundation in place, Nest created campaigns to drive incremental growth by introducing new customers to Everpress.

To push Everpress into US and European markets, Nest used existing lookalikes from the UK to create international versions for global markets. This allowed Nest to drive down costs, scale acquisition and increase the profitability of Everpress’s campaigns.

Supporting this, Nest used cross-border strategies such as the global product catalogue and leveraged first party data to create lookalike audiences in these new markets.

Nest also provided guidance on effective creative concepts designed to engage users on paid social platforms. By implementing a structured testing methodology Nest were able to make accurate data-backed decisions which resulted in stable and improving performance.
