Josh started his career as a dealer consulting for Rolls-Royce, before starting the Paid Social team at Incubeta, where he ran campaigns for companies including M&S, Superdrug and FatFace. One of his campaigns even won The Drum award for the Best Use of Data.

Outside of work, he is a big fan of running and was successfully completed 1 marathon and 4 half marathons. Interestingly, he was involved in the launch of Rolls-Royce’s convertible at Frankfurt Motor Show.
